Author Guidelines for MEDINITY 2025
We welcome all researchers, practitioners, and professionals to submit their abstracts and papers for presentation at MEDINITY 2025, an international online conference focusing on Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the smooth processing of your submission:
1. Who Can Submit?
We invite submissions from researchers, healthcare professionals, academicians, and practitioners working in the field of Ayurveda, Integrative Medicine, or related disciplines. Both individual and collaborative research projects are encouraged.
2. Abstract Submission

Length: The abstract should be between 300-500 words.

Content: The abstract should clearly describe the purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusions of your research or practice. It should also briefly highlight the relevance of the topic to the conference theme.

3. Paper Submission

Length: Full papers should be between 3000-5000 words (excluding references).

Use Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.0 line spacing.

References should follow the APA 7th edition format.

5. Review Process
All submissions (abstracts and full papers) will undergo a peer-review process by a panel of experts in Ayurveda and integrative medicine. Acceptance notifications will be sent to the corresponding authors via email.

Accepted Abstracts will be included in the conference program and may be selected for oral presentations or poster presentations.

Accepted Full Papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
6. Presentation Guidelines

Mode: All presentations will be virtual (online).

Duration: Oral presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for Q&A.

Format: PowerPoint presentations (max. 15 slides) are recommended.

Technical Requirements: Ensure that your presentation is compatible with the virtual platform. Test your equipment in advance to avoid any technical issues during your presentation.

All authors must complete the conference registration and pay the registration fee to confirm their participation.

8. Important Notes

Plagiarism: Submissions containing plagiarized content will be rejected.

Ethical Considerations: Authors must ensure that their research adheres to ethical standards, including obtaining necessary approvals for human or animal studies.

Conference Language: All submissions should be in English/Hindi.
